The Junk Label was established in 2005 as an independent record label in the United Kingdom by 2 entrepreneur’s experienced in marketing, promotion and distribution. Both Directors also hold diplomas in songwriting. From the beginning, The Junk Label handled most aspects of artist development including management, tour booking, promotion and PR, as well as running the record label services. Although The Junk Label still operates as a record label, these days the companies primary focus is on seeking licensing and sync opportunites for the growing music catalog.

Over the past few years successes include 3 top ten places in the Music Week club charts with various remixes and an entry in the Official indie charts. Music videos storyboarded and produced by The Junk Label have received airplay on various Sky TV channels and have been commissioned for use in commercial premises including fitness clubs across the UK. 

The Junk Label’s music has also been played as backing for the ESPN sports channel on Sky, and used by a major high street retail company. BBC local radio, Talksport and many regional radio stations in the UK, Australia and the USA  have helped to bring our music to the masses.
